This idea is one I developed as a reply to a TABLE TOPIC QUESTION I was asked in a recent Toastmasters meeting.
The question was asked in reference to America's birthday (July 04) and how we celebrate each year with all the fireworks and aplomb.
"In observance of the Wars and battles fought by forces around the world and USA's part in them, how would I change these rules of engagement?"

I replied "We should reassess the armament and batallion used in each confrontation. - I propose that we engage the forces using WATERGUNS!"

What sort of ideas can we develop using this as THE FIREARM OF CHOICE?
